Sunflowers

When we came back to school after the Easter holidays, we planted sunflower seeds and we have been looking after them and watching them grow. Last week we got to take them home. Hopefully some will get planted into our gardens and grow into big sunflowers. If your sunflower flowers over the summer, be sure to take a picture (with you beside it, to show how big it got!) and bring it in to show Mrs. Flynn in September. ( Any child whose plant didn't make it - a few broke!- will get a chance to replant a seed in the coming weeks).
